Terms & Conditions

​By engaging Pretty Porch for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL TERMS (ALL SERVICES)

 

Payment

Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or service selection.

  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee

  • Clients enrolling in recurring services authorize Pretty Porch to charge the card on file as agreed

All payments are non-refundable once a service period or installation has begun.

 

Scheduling & Weather

Installation dates are estimated and may shift due to weather conditions, product availability, or scheduling factors.

Pretty Porch will communicate any significant changes and make reasonable efforts to maintain seasonal timing.

 

Surface Care & Staining

Planters and watering may cause staining or moisture marks on concrete, wood, or other surfaces.

  • Disc risers may be used to improve airflow

  • Drip trays are not provided

Pretty Porch is not responsible for surface discoloration or damage.

Plant Health & Environmental Factors

Pretty Porch installs healthy, seasonally appropriate plant material; however:

  • No plant is guaranteed to be deer-resistant or pest-proof

  • Plant performance depends on factors outside Pretty Porch’s control, including:

    • Weather conditions

    • Wildlife and pests

    • Sun/shade exposure

    • Client care and watering

Pretty Porch is not responsible for plant loss or decline after installation.

 

Site Conditions

Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable installation environment.

Pretty Porch is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Improper drainage

  • Structural or environmental limitations

  • Pre-existing site conditions

 

Property & Damage

Pretty Porch is not responsible for damage to surfaces, structures, or surrounding areas resulting from normal installation or environmental conditions.

Clients are responsible for damage to Pretty Porch-owned items beyond normal wear.

Unreturned or Damaged Items

Pretty Porch reserves the right to charge for any planters, vessels, or décor that are not returned or are damaged beyond normal wear and seasonal use.

Photography & Marketing

Pretty Porch may photograph completed installations and use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

 

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (ANNUAL PROGRAM)

Overview

Pretty Porch subscription services include four (4) seasonal installations per year, with full-service design, installation, and seasonal refresh.

 

Billing

  • Subscription services are billed quarterly

  • Payment is processed automatically using the card on file

  • A 3% credit card processing fee applies

Billing cycles are based on enrollment date and may not align exactly with installation timing.

 

Commitment

Subscriptions are a 12-month commitment (four seasonal cycles).

If a subscription is canceled prior to completion:

  • The remaining balance of the annual commitment, or

  • The difference between subscription pricing and standard service pricing may be charged.

Planters & Décor

All vessels, planters, and non-living décor provided as part of the subscription remain the property of Pretty Porch.

Clients agree to maintain items in reasonable condition and ensure availability for seasonal transitions.

CLIENT-OWNED PLANTERS

 

When Pretty Porch installs in client-owned containers:

  • Pretty Porch is not responsible for planter condition, drainage, or soil quality

  • Plant health is dependent on factors outside of Pretty Porch’s control

  • No guarantee is made regarding deer resistance or long-term plant performance

 

ONE-TIME / SEASONAL INSTALLS ("SIGNATURE PORCH")

For non-subscription services:

  • Services are limited to the agreed scope at time of booking

  • Ongoing maintenance, removal, or replacement is not included unless explicitly stated
